1. General Information

Welcome to Stillwater Paddle. These terms apply to all visitors and customers. By renting our equipment, following our route advice, or joining our guided trips, you agree to follow these simple rules. Our goal is to ensure a safe and calm outdoor experience for everyone on the water.

2. Equipment Rental Rules

When you rent a kayak or canoe, you are responsible for it during your booking time. Please treat the equipment with care and respect the natural surroundings.

• Return the kayak or canoe on time at the agreed location.
• Return all paddles and life jackets in the same condition you received them.
• If equipment is lost or damaged beyond normal use, you will be asked to pay for the replacement or repairs.

3. Booking and Cancellations

All guided tours and rental bookings require full payment in advance to secure your spot. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy.

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your booking for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
• Water routes can be affected by strong winds or heavy rain. If we must cancel your trip for safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or a new booking date.

4. Safety Guidelines

Your safety on the water is our highest priority. All customers must follow our safety instructions before launching their kayak or canoe.

• You must wear the provided life jacket at all times while on the water.
• Follow the route advice given by our team and do not paddle outside the recommended areas.
• Stillwater Paddle is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal belongings during rentals or guided tours. Please keep valuables in a waterproof bag.
